Curtain Sider tandem axle semi-trailer - Montracon
Nature of dispute / problem:
Allegations were made that the special custom built trailer was not fit for purpose and the design was not as specified in the contract.
Work completed:
- Examined trailer and the specal design features.
- Assessed design features, comparing them with contract specification
- Carried out tests to assess the functionality and safety of the operation of the trailer.
- Work reorted in written form for the Court
- Attended Court on two seperate occasions to give oral evidence.
