Allegation made that the front wheel suddenly collapsed and as a result the rider fell and was injured.

Allegations were made that the drill was incorrectly sold and the abscence of important safety related features was not explained. Use of the drill resulted in severe injury to the user's wrist.

It was alleged that that the engine rebuild of the Porsche 911 was carried out incompetently and with poor workmanship and as a consequence the engine lacked power, had very poor fuel consumption and leaked oil.
Bicycle - Specialised Enduro Expert
Alleged that as result of inadequate set up and pre delivery inspection the bike was sold in an unsafe condition. As a consequence shorly after purchase the rider was thrown from the bike.
